Lost Viking Distillery

Once we began to master mead-making, our journey took an exciting turn when we started to experiment with distillation. By heating our traditional mead, we evaporated the water and concentrated the alcohol, resulting in a potent spirit we named Honeyshine. Today we have a whole line of liquors and liqueurs including:

Liquors

Honeyshine- a pure clear distilate of our traditional mead with no additives
Beekeeper’s Cask- a barrel-aged version of Honeyshine with a flavor profile similar to bourbon

Liqueurs

Key Lime Cello- a key lime infused liqueur blended with raw honey
Lemon Cello- a lemon infused liqueur blended with raw honey
Orange Cello- an orange infused liqueur blended with raw honey
Krupnik- our version of a traditional Polish honey liqueur
- This unique liqueur is a mix of 50% Honeyshine and 50% pure, raw honey infused with cinnamon, allspice, and clove extracts
